Somatic Integration for Psychedelic & Ketamine Experiences in Los Angeles

Integrating your experience into your everyday life.

In the world of expanded consciousness, it’s easy to find the opening. Whether you are navigating Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a psilocybin journey, or deep work with MDMA or Ayahuasca, the door is being flung wide.

But an opening without an anchor can leave you feeling raw, ungrounded, or even more revved up than when you started.

Specialized Support for Altered States

Working with medicine can touch into pre-verbal trauma or layers of experience that exist beneath the level of conscious memory. My specialization in working with altered states of consciousness allows us to safely navigate the high-voltage energy that these journeys can unearth.

We work at the speed of safety, ensuring your system doesn't close after an opening, but instead learns how to remain available and expanded in the light of day.

Why Somatics?

True healing isn't just about the peak experience, it's about the somatic integration—the slow, vital process of bringing those insights down into your nervous system and your daily life.

Insights are great, but embodiment is what actually changes your life. If you’ve seen a new way of being but your nervous system is still playing an old survival recording, you’ll stay stuck in the gap.

We work to close that gap, helping your body catch up to your new perspective.

A Note on My Role: To be clear, I do not provide, prescribe, or facilitate the use of controlled or illegal substances. I do not serve as a sitter or guide during the active medicine session. My role isn't to be your tour guide for the trip—it’s to be the grounding wire for the life you are building on either side of it.

I help you turn a temporary "aha!" moment into a lasting increase in your capacity to handle real life.

6 Sessions for the Journey

You are welcome to schedule one-off sessions as you wish.

For those who want more support on their journey, I suggest a dedicated set of six sessions to wrap around your medicine work: three sessions of preparation to build your foundation, and three sessions of integration to bring the wisdom home.

The Preparation: Building the Floor

Before you go in, we make sure your nervous system has a solid floor to stand on.

We work to:

  • Locate Your Anchors: Finding the physical sensations of safety in your body so you have a home base to return to if the experience gets intense.
  • Set the Intention: Moving beyond heady goals and into what your body actually needs to feel.

The Integration: Bringing it Home

After the medicine, the real work begins. This is where we digest the experience so it becomes part of your biology, not just a memory.

  • Landing the Plane: If you feel too open or ungrounded after a session, we use somatic tracking to help you land back in your skin.
  • Translating the Vision: We take those big, abstract insights and find where they live in your muscles and breath.
  • Closing the Gap: We make sure the new you you met during the journey actually gets to show up in your relationships, your work, and your days going forward.

A 10-Session Specialized Container for Multi-Dose Medicine Work

When navigating a protocol of multiple medicine doses—such as a Ketamine series or a sequential psychedelic process—your system undergoes a profound, cumulative period of neuroplasticity.

While this opening is full of potential, it can also leave the nervous system feeling porous and unmoored if not properly anchored.

This 10-session specialized container is designed to provide the nervous system scaffolding required to turn a series of peak experiences into a lasting, embodied baseline.

The Scaffolding of the 10-Session Arc:

  • Phase I: Priming the System (Sessions 1-2)
Before your journey begins, we build your somatic floor. We identify the internal anchors that will hold you during the dissolution and ensure your system isn't entering the medicine from a state of dysregulation.
  • Phase II: The Iterative Weave (Sessions 3-8)
As you move through your doses, we meet between sessions to weave the insights into your tissues. We use Somatic Experiencing® to track the energy the medicine unearths, ensuring it is titrated and digested rather than overwhelming your capacity.
  • Phase III: The Baseline Seal (Sessions 9-10)
As the medicine protocol concludes, we focus on the return. We practice inhabiting your new boundaries and settling your system into its upgraded architecture, ensuring the shifts are visceral, functional, and lasting.

Investment: $1,800 ($180 per session — specialized rate for those committed to a full clinical or ceremonial arc.)

FAQ: Navigating the Integration Process

How is this different from talking to my therapist about my trip?

Talk therapy is wonderful for interpreting the visions, but somatics is for inhabiting them. If you’ve seen a new way of being but your body is still playing an old survival recording (like bracing or freezing), you’ll stay stuck in the gap. We work to help your physiology catch up to your new perspective.

When should I book my integration sessions?

For the 6-Session Package, we ideally schedule 3 sessions of preparation in the weeks leading up to your journey and 3 sessions of integration starting 24–72 hours after the medicine. For the 10-Session Specialist Container, we pace the sessions to occur between your clinical doses, providing a steady rhythm of digestion as you go.

What if my experience was scary or "bad"?

"Bad trips" are often just high-voltage survival energy that the medicine unearthed but couldn't quite discharge. We use Somatic Experiencing® to slowly titrate that energy. We don't re-live the scary parts. Instead, we help your body complete the self-protective impulses that got stuck, allowing the experience to shift into a more processed, neutral memory.

Can we work together if I am doing a clinical Ketamine (KAP) series?

Absolutely. I specialize in providing the scaffolding for clinical protocols. While your clinic handles the medical administration, I help you translate those high-intensity windows of neuroplasticity into functional changes in your boundaries, your breath, and your presence.
